Why am I not receiving the reminder to report revenue emails?

You would like to know why you are not receiving the reminder to report revenue email.

Environment

MyLodgeTax

Resolution

  • Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly in your MyLodgeTax profile.
  • If your email is correct and you didn’t get our reminder emails in your email inbox, it could be that your email provider sees our email as spam and is filtering it or sending it to your Junk or Spam folder. In addition, if you have blocked, unsubscribed, or indicated that any other email we have sent you was junk or spam, your email service provider may also be blocking the reminder email as well.
  • In your email program, please “allow” emails from MyLodgeTaxSupporrt@avalara.com.  Here are instruction for “whitelisting” our email address so future emails are not blocked: http://onlinegroups.net/blog/2014/02/25/how-to-whitelist-an-email-address/
