What do I need to do to cancel my MyLodgeTax monthly subscription?

You would like to know how to cancel your subscription.

Resolution

  • Important information to note before canceling your subscription:

    • Any remaining rental revenue should be reported in MyLodge prior to submitting your cancellation request to ensure accurate filings are completed.

    • We do not offer refunds for prior subscription fees and/or non-reporting fees as you can cancel at any time.

 

  • To request a cancellation, please download and complete the cancellation form and email it to mylodgetaxcancel@avalara.com.  A completed cancellation form is required to process any cancellation request.

    • Please make sure you complete the following information on the cancellation form:

      • Property ID number

      • Property address

      • Choose ONE reason for cancellation, so we know whether to keep your rental license active or to cancel your licenses and/or tax accounts

        • If we are not canceling your license(s)/tax accounts(s), please make sure we have your current mailing address to ensure you receive any future correspondence from the tax/licensing jurisdictions.
