How do I see my invoices and payments (Payment History)?
Overview
You would like to see details about past orders and payments.
Environment
MyLodgeTax
Resolution
You can access your Payment History page from your MyLodgeTax webpage:
- Navigate to www.mylodgetax.com
- Click on “Sign In” in the upper right corner of your screen
- Enter your User Name and Password
- Hover over “Taxes”
- Click on “Payment History”
- Your yearly summary will be listed under “Summary by Service”
- You can change the date to view payments for a specific timeframe
- You can also view more detail by clicking on the individual confirmation numbers under “Order History”
- To download this information to a spreadsheet, click the “Export” button next to the Search button near the top of the page
