How can I add custom fields in reports?

The Add to reports option lets you add a custom field in the relevant reports when creating a custom field. As an administrator or a manager, you can edit a custom field and enable this option. 

To enable Add to reports option, navigate to Setup > Customize > Data groups and select a data group tab. Select Custom fields for a group, and then select the custom field to edit it. Select Add to reports, and then select Update field.
