|Add or change an Avalara product or service||

|Add a funding Power of Attorney (POA) for a new tax entity||Additional POAs are required when adding new legal tax entities.||Authorize a funding POA in AvaTax or contact your Customer Account Manager (CAM) to determine whether or not your new tax entity requires one.|
|Downgrade an Avalara product or service||
The terms and conditions you accept when you activate your Avalara service account include Avalara service subscription plan information. Review the terms.
You must notify Avalara of a reduction request at least 30 days prior to your service renewal date, and the reduction will be effective at the start of your renewal term.
|Cancel an Avalara product or service||

|Cancel Returns||Before you cancel your Returns service, make sure you have all the information you need to file returns on your own in the future.
