Disable and Enable WalkMe

Advanced users may want to disable the WalkMe widget.

Users who disable WalkMe should periodically check for updated tutorials, especially when a brand-new feature is added to the software.  New items will be highlighted in What's New in AHC in updated content with a link to the WalkMe Topics page to view all topics by menu.

  1. Click the Welcome link in the upper right corner.

  2. Enter your password and click Unlock Profile.

  3. Check mark Disable WalkMe and click Update Profile.

  4. You will see Record updated status.

Enable WalkMe

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2, above.
  2. Uncheck Disable WalkMe and click Update Profile.
