Where can I find Excise API documentation?

How am I notified when a new API version is released?

Search the release highlights for "REST API" . The SOAP APIs are no longer being enhanced.

When does an API become unsupported?

Avalara strongly encourages the use of REST over SOAP. There are no current plans to withdraw support of any older 5.x versions.

How do I get developer support?

Reach out to your Customer Account Manager or have your Avalara Excise Support Contact open a support case.
