Validate Addresses

Validating an addressHoverTT.png tells you whether the address is abbreviated and formatted according to USPS standards. This ensures accurate tax calculation. To validate address of a customer in AvaTax for Workday, you first need to find the Customer's Workday ID and then use it to validate the address. 

  1. Sign in to Workday.
  2. In the Search box, type Launch and then click Launch / Schedule Integration.

  3. On the Launch / Schedule Integration page, next to Integration, type AvaValidateCustomerAddress. Next to Organization, type the Company Name and then click OK.

  4. To validate the customer's address, select the Customer in the Value field, and then click OK.

  5. The View Background Process for AvaValidateCustomerAddress displays the Integration detailsProcess InfoOutput files, and Messages
