tells you whether the address is abbreviated and formatted according to USPS standards. This ensures accurate tax calculation. To validate address of a customer in AvaTax for Workday, you first need to find the Customer's Workday ID and then use it to validate the address.
- Sign in to Workday.
- In the Search box, type Launch and then click Launch / Schedule Integration.
- On the Launch / Schedule Integration page, next to Integration, type AvaValidateCustomerAddress. Next to Organization, type the Company Name and then click OK.
- To validate the customer's address, select the Customer in the Value field, and then click OK.
- The View Background Process for AvaValidateCustomerAddress displays the Integration details, Process Info, Output files, and Messages.
