Quicklyat once in order to ensure that the address is formatted correctly for AvaTax to calculate tax accurately. Validate a variety of addresses: your company's addresses, your customers' addresses, and your vendors' addresses.
At this time, AvaTax only validates addresses in the United States and Canada.
- Sign in to Workday.
- In the Search box, type Launch and then click Launch / Schedule Integration.
- On the Launch / Schedule Integration page, next to Integration, type AvaValidateCustomerAddress. Next to Organization, type the Company Name and then click OK.
- To validate the customer's address, select the Customer in the Value field, and then click OK.
- The View Background Process for AvaValidateCustomerAddress displays the Integration details, Process Info, Output files, and Messages.
