All past taxes filed through Returns are stored and searchable in the Filing Archive. Filed returns are available in the archive by the 5th of the following month. Use the steps below to access your archived returns.
Locate archived tax returns
Find copies of past returns that Avalara has filed on your behalf.
- In the Admin Console, click the Tax Returns tab and then click Filing Archive.
- Select the company you want returns for from the Company drop-down.
- Select the dates you would like to search for returns by using the Month and Year drop-downs and then click the search icon.
- Results populate in the Filing Archive table. Click the box next to any returns you would like to see and then click either Download Archived Files or Export.
