Reprocess documents to fix upload errors

If you upload a document to CertCapture and it fails to process correctly, try re-processing it.


  1. In CertCapture, go to Manage Documents > Validate Documents. Select the Stage drop-down menu, and select Error: Re-Process Document to filter your queue.


  2. In your queue, select the check the box next to any of the failed documents you want to re-process. Then select Action > Re-Process Document.

Documents can be reprocessed up to three times. If the document fails after the third attempt, it's added to the Failed to Process stage and you need to upload it again.
