Create an Invalid Customer report in CertCapture

Generate a report of invalid customers that are missing a Customer Name, and then edit the customers to add a name.


  1. In CertCapture, go to Reports > Customer Reports.
  2. Select Invalid Customer from the drop-down menu below Customer Reports.
  3. Optional: Adjust the report criteria.
    By default, this report does not include customers who have no certificates or who are marked taxable. To include those customers in the report, select either of the following:
    • Filter Taxables to include customers who are taxable.
    • Include Customers Without Certificates to include customers who do not have certificates.
  4. Select Run Report.

Review the results in CertCapture, and edit invalid customers to add a Customer Name. You can also export the results to a spreadsheet, or email the report to yourself on a schedule.
