Delete an invalid reason

Delete invalid reasons that you no longer plan to use.

Before you begin

Invalid reasons can't be deleted if they are currently applied to documents. Make sure to delete the documents or edit them to use a different invalid reason before trying to delete the invalid reason.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Account Settings > Invalid Reasons.
  2. Find the invalid reason you want to delete and select Delete.
  3. Select OK to confirm deletion.
