Review and manage your CertCapture usage and Avalara subscriptions. Avalara Service Terms and Conditions are available at Avalara.com.
Before you begin
- Log in to Avalara Account using your AvaTax username and password.
The Products and Usage page opens.
If you don't use AvaTax, contact your Account Manager to request information about your CertCapture usage.
- Review your usage in the CertCapture panel:
- Current: The current number of documents stored in your CertCapture account.
- Term Max: The maximum number of documents that have been stored in your CertCapture in the current contract term. This may be higher than the current number of documents if you have deleted documents.
- Plan Level: The maximum number of documents your contract allows.
