Your Customer Account Manager (CAM) is your main point of contact for your Avalara relationship. They're here to help you learn more about Avalara, provide useful resources, and answer questions about your plan or product.
Before you begin
Only users with Account-level permissions can access Avalara Account. Contact your account administrator if you can't sign into Avalara Account.
- Go to Account > Support Cases.
- Click Contact at the bottom of the page to view your account manager's contact information.
If you need help with a technical issue, open a support case.
