States that support two-factor authentication

The following states support two-factor authentication:

Note: Two-factor authentication is used when a login requires an emailed security code to be entered as a second step when signing in to a website. States that use two-factor authentication must have the authentication email updated on the DOR website to the unique Avalara-provided email found in the Returns settings page. The email is in the format Your email will be copied on all communications sent to the authentication email.
