Organize your team

To get started using Managed Returns for Accountants, set up a firm administrator and any other users that need to sign in.


  1. Create a firm administrator.
    Before you can access Managed Returns for Accountants for the first time, you must create a Managed Returns for Accountants firm administrator. Your current firm administrator will receive an email with instructions and a link to set up this administrator. Your firm administrator and your Managed Returns for Accountants administrator can be the same person.
  2. Add a user and set permissions.
    Add users to your account, and then assign them to permission groups.
  3. Customize your page view.
    Adjust your settings and user preferences to customize the layout of Managed Returns for Accountants.
