Why is my PayPal invoice not being synchronized with TrustFile?

Overview

You created an invoice in PayPal and it isn't showing up in TrustFile.

Environment

TrustFile

Resolution

When initially configuring the connection between TrustFile and PayPal, select an accounting mode, Cash or Accrual. The following invoice statuses sync for each mode:

For Cash accounting the following invoice statuses sync with TrustFile:

  • Completed

For Accrual accounting the following invoice statuses sync with TrustFile:

  • Completed and Pending
