Why is my PayPal invoice not being synchronized with TrustFile?

Overview

You created an invoice in PayPal and it isn't showing up in TrustFile.

Resolution

  • 1/1/2018: No new Paypal Connections can be made.
  • Customers using the Paypal Connection may notice it stop working.
  • Customers are advised to do File Upload until the connector issue (an API issue with Paypal) is fixed.
