Why are my Infusionsoft transactions not syncing to TrustFile?

Overview

You have updated the order payment status within Infusionsoft and the transaction is not appearing in TrustFile.

Resolution

  • After updating the order payment status in Infusionsoft you will need to scroll to the bottom of the order screen and click the save button for the transaction to be synched to TrustFile.

  • Please note, only orders with a PAID status will be synched to TrustFile.
