Why am I not receiving my Avalara TrustFile password reset email?

You are trying to reset your TrustFile password, but the link email has not arrived in your email inbox.

Resolution

  • Check your spam account, and check to make sure your spam protection system isn’t blocking emails from support@avalara.com or support@trustfile.com. 

    • We are working to resolve a compatibility issue with Internet Explorer, try using Chrome or Firefox instead if you are using Internet Explorer when requesting a password reset.
