Why am I getting the alert "Item: <item id> missing/zero price or sales_tax"

Overview

My transactions are getting this alert and I am not sure why.

Environment

TrustFile 

Resolution

  • This alert is to let you know that the transaction has amounts of 0.
  • This is not an error so can be ignored, or if you edit and re save the alert will go away.
