Why does the address state "confidential" from my Amazon store in TrustFile?


You are reviewing your transactions and an order lists the destination address as "Confidential".




Amazon allows some customers to hide their address for privacy reasons and thus it is scrubbed from all reporting. For this reason when the order is imported into TrustFile there is no shipping address so it creates an error and the address is marked as Confidential.

Within the Amazon Seller Resources page, navigate to Verifying Imported Transactions for instructions on correcting this error.
