How do I resolve "Customer shipping address not provided."

Overview

You are reviewing your transactions and one of them has the error message "Customer shipping address not provided."

Environment

TrustFile

Resolution

  • Go to Transactions > Alert
  • Check Mark the transaction in question > Edit
  • Enter the Shipping Address > Save and Exit
    • If the Shipping Address is already filled out just click Save and Exit
