If the status of the return says Filing there is a possibility for it to be cancelled if it has not yet been submitted to the state by our filing team. Contact support to request for the return to be removed from the filing queue.
If the status of the return says Filed then it has already been filed with the state and you will need to contact the state's DOR to make a change to what was filed.
Note - as filings are entered into the filing queue to be prioritized for filing and cannot be reversed once submitted to the state it is of the utmost importance that you confirm your filings prior to clicking the File Now button. We cannot guarantee that returns in Filing status will be able to be cancelled.
