You are trying to see if a connection is actively syncing in TrustFile.
- Click on Data Sources
- You will see a listing of all connections you have established whether you completed authorization or not
- The status indicates whether the connection is active, disabled, currently syncing, etc.
- If you need more detail on what was synced and when, click on Show Logs
- The log will show you the date and time of each sync as well as what was transmitted during the sync
Note: from here you can also disable or delete connections. If you are having issues with a connector, it can help to start the connection again by deleting the current connection and reauthorizing.
