How can I view and edit the current remittance account details in TrustFile?


You wish to update or view the payment account information in TrustFile .




  • You can't view the complete account details (only the name and the last 4 digits) or edit the payment account information in TrustFile .

    • If the bank or payment account information is not correct or if it needs to be updated, then the old information must be deleted and the new account information must be added. 

    • To add or delete an account, log into TrustFile click on Settings > Payment & Remittance

    • The bank information can be deleted or added on the right side of the page under Remittance Account.

    • You can only add a single bank account to your TrustFile so you will need to ensure that you pick an account that you know will have the funds available every month to pay your sales tax.
