What report can I view to see what transactions errored if my import was completed with errors?

Overview

You did a transaction import that resulted in completed with errors. You would like to know what report you can view to show you what transactions did not import to the admin console.

Avalara AvaTax    

Resolution

  • When a transaction import errors, a file titled "Errors" will populate on the "View Imported File Status" page under "Tools".
  • This will tell you what transactions errored and why.
