How can I tell if a transaction has been adjusted?

Resolution

  • When looking at a transaction in the Transaction tab in the Admin Console, the icon that looks like a blue piece of paper with a an orange sun is the Adjusted Document icon.

  • When this appears, it means the transaction has been adjusted since coming into the Admin Console. To see the details of the adjustment, click on the Doc Code and look at the field labeled Adjustment Reason and Adjustment Description.

  • If you are still not able to adjust the transaction try using a different internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

    • Try deleting your browser cookies, cache and temporary internet files.
