As a Streamlined Sales Tax Customer, can I make changes to my filing calendar?


As a Streamlined Sales Tax (SST) Customer, you want to know if you can make changes to your filing calendar.




SST accounts cannot make changes to their filing calendar related to filing changes/return changes.


  • All SST states are required to file on a monthly basis, filing a Simplified Electronic Return (SER) under ONE registration ID (SSTID) for all SST States.
  • Each state will still have specific account numbers, but Avalara does not keep these on file since we do not file under these.
  • If you need your specific state ID, please contact the states individually.
