Why is the new customer address not on my invoice in Sage 50?


You changed an address on your customer record, but their invoices still show the old address so tax is being calculated incorrectly, you want to know how to update the address on the invoices. 


Sage 50


  • Open the invoice > clear the Shipping address > Sage 50 will update from the customer record


Note: Avalara AvaTax uses the Shipping address to calculate tax, if you made a change to a billing address that will not affect tax calculation.
