Not all of my invoices are reaching the AvaTax service


Invoices are not making it to the AvaTax service


Sage 500


All lines on the invoice must have the AVATAX Tax Schedule. When you have multiple lines on an invoice, please ensure that AVATAX is being used on all lines. Once all lines on the invoice have the AVATAX schedule, recalculate the invoice so that it is able to calculate taxes using AVATAX.
