When I try to see my exempt customers in customer maintenance they are suddenly not showing as exempt.
This will happen when there are no assigned GL account numbers to the Avatax Tax Codes you have added.
- Go to Maintain company tax information
- Click search for tax codes
- Pull up State, City, county, and Others.
- Make sure each code for Avatax has GL account numbers assigned, click the Save icon, and then the Check.
- Repeat this process for all Avatax codes.
