Why do invoices and credit memos that are posted in Sage 300 still show as uncommitted on the Avalara AvaTax admin console?
There are a few reasons why transactions would not commit when posting:
- Network/Internet issues: The final call to Avalara failed
- Transaction no longer has AVATAX as the tax group
- AvaTax has been uninstalled or is not installed on the workstation where posting occurs
- Credentials or company code has been changed in the AvaTax Options screen
