I have received a notice stating that my original funding did not go through correctly and I have since re-submitted the funding to Avalara. I want to verify how this second funding went through.
- To request assistance with confirming a withdrawal, please submit a case to Avalara Support and include the following information:
- Name of the company (entity) we file returns for
- Withdrawal amount
- Date of funding, that is when it was initiated from your bank
- Additional information you need, and any special notes about the request
