  • You've enabled nexus for a jurisdiction but don't currently have an active filing calendar for it.

    • To review your Liability Worksheet Jurisdictions, expand each state or province.

    • If the Filing Type shows "No registration information provided", this is what triggers the error.  Contact that local jurisdiction's Department of Revenue to ensure which form to file. 

    • You may see forms for a jurisdiction you already have a filing calendar setup in. This is because the nexus selections may require multiple forms. To determine what forms you're required to file, reach out to the state Department of Revenue as they will be able to look up the details of your registration.
