Why can't I run a report?


I cannot generate an export report for a selected date range.

  • This can happen if you have a pop up blocker turned on.
  • If you turn off your pop up blocker and the reports still won't generate please contact support at 877-780-4848 Option 1 so we can see if the issue is able to be replicated on our end.
