What if I am receiving an incorrect tax rate?


During tax calculation, I noticed am receiving a wrong tax rate.


Rate Files


  • If the tax rate is incorrect, please double check you have the correct rate record on the rate file themselves.
  • If you are using the zip+4 files, check and see if the correct record is being used
  • there can be more than one record 
  • If you are still having issues, please contact Avalara Support
