Not receiving ISPI Rate Update emails

Overview

I'm not getting the 'ISPI Rate Update' emails each month.

Environment

Rate File Emails (ISPI)

Resolution

  • Emails may be blocked by your email client or service provider. Check your SPAM folder and consult your IT department.
  • If you haven't been added as an rate email recipient, request access to ISPI Rate Update Emails.
  • If you've already checked your spam and you're already a recipient, contact Support.

Note: rate files are updated at the same time each month.
