Why am I receiving Avalara token exception errors in QuickBooks online?


I am receiving many token errors regarding Avalara exceptions in QuickBooks online.

Between 2:42 and 4:42 PM PST today, Avalara AvaTax customers using Intuit’s QuickBooks integration experienced a service disruption which resulted from an outage at Intuit. Intuit has resolved this issue. Customers using QuickBooks will need to resubmit any transactions during this time period where AvaTax did not calculate tax. The AvaTax service is now working normally for customers using a Quickbooks integration to AvaTax.
