Why is my Nexus not showing in QuickBooks Online integration?

Overview

I successfully installed and configured a new QuickBooks Desktop account.  

Environment

QuickBooks Online

Avalara AvaTax

Resolution

  • Log in to AvaTax and manually select Nexus for applicable State/Jurisdiction
  • Log in to QuickBooks Online and ensure ​Nexus is enabled for the State/Jurisdiction
