Why is a paid invoice not updating from QuickBooks online?

Overview

You have an invoice that is in a Paid status in QuickBooks Online, and you made a change to it, but the change is not posting to the admin console.

Resolution

  • PAID invoices are not sent to Avalara, change the invoice status to complete any update that needs to flow to the Avalara service
