You are using eCC with QuickBooks and another Ecommerce system such as Magento. When the transactions come into Avatax, customer is seeing duplicate transactions, one from the ecommerce system and one from ECC.
- When you set up eCC, another e-commerce/shopping cart, and QuickBooks (QB), eCC should not connect to Avalara to avoid duplicate documents
- eCC should not be activated
