Why am I unable to open an Avalara report in my Quickbooks INtegration.


I am trying to run a report from within Quickbooks and I am getting an error indicating that Crystal Reports could not be opened or could not be located.




This is not really an Avatax integrtion related issue.  Crystal reports is a component that is installed along with the Microsoft Visual Studio framework.  If it is not installed or needs to be reinstalled, the customer will need to consult the Microsoft Support pages for further information and links to install.
