How can I resolve the issue of Quickbooks\Avatax being frozen up on Right Networks terminal server session?


You are working in Quickbooks and the screen freezes up on an Avalara window. You are unable to close the application via the buttons on the screen or the X in the upper right corner of Quickbooks.




  • In the terminal server session for RightNetworks:
    • Log off > force close all applications it states need to close before the log off can occur > Start applications normally after Restart
