Why is my invoice not voided in the Admin Console even though it is voided in QuickBooks desktop?


You voided an invoice in QuickBooks but the invoice has a DocStatus of "Committed" not "Voided" in the Admin Console.


QuickBooks Desktop


  • On the invoice in QuickBooks, if "Print later" and "Email Later" options are checked this will cause an issue.
  • To resolve, we suggest keeping both options unchecked while voiding an invoice.
