When trying to email quote, you are receiving an error that the email was unable to be sent to outlook, to try again later.
Per Intuit, a user cannot be logged in as Admin in QuickBooks and send an email:
- Right-click QuickBooks icon, then select Properties.
- Select the Compatibility Tab.
- Deselect Run this program as Administrator.
Note: If Run this program as Administrator is grayed out, then first select the "Show Settings for All Users".
- Select Okay.
- Exit, then restart QuickBooks.
