Why am I unable to email an invoice via outlook to my customer in Quickbooks?


When trying to email quote, caller is receiving an error that the email was unable to be sent to outlook, to try again later.




A user cannot be logged in as admin in Quickbooks and send an email:

The user has to log into quickbooks with non admin credentials. If they have selected to "run as administrator" from the Compatibility tab "Privilege Level" in the program Properties (found by right clicking the program icon and right clicking on Properties), this will need to be unselected and then Saved.
They will need to reboot their computer in order for this change to take effect.
