How do I check to see if I have more than one version of the connector installed in Quickbooks?

You want to see if you have more than one version of the connector installed in Quickbooks.

Environment

Quickbooks

Resolution

  • In Quickbooks
  • Click Edit
  • Click Preferences
  • Click on Integrated Applications
  • Click on Company Preferences
  • You should only see one listing for AVATAX on that screen
