QuickBooks Desktop calculations are looping. After it finishes calculating, it starts calculating for the same invoice again.
- If you haven't already, upgrade to the latest verion of AvaTax for QuickBooks Desktop.
- If you still see the calculation loop then log in as a single user, and as the admin user.
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Preferences.
- If you see more than one instance of AvaTax find whichever is not the version you just installed and remove it.
- Close QuickBooks Desktop, open your Task Manager, and make sure no processes starting with QB or AVA are running.
- Run QuickBooks Desktop as Admin.
