Why SyteLine is getting a response saying it can't determine tax jurisdiction suddenly?


I've receiving errors across many transactions stating that the jurisdiction could not be found suddenly in Sytelline.


Infor Syteline.


  • This can happen if someone goes into the form for Syteline and edits information for each country.
  • Go into the country information for the country you're shipping to and make sure that the county's ISO code is the real ISO code for that country.
  • For example for the United States it's US.
