In some cases you will not be able to see your transactions in Netsuite on the Avatax Admin Console. This article will go over the reasons and the actions.
- If your transaction is non g/l impacting (e.g. Sales Order) it is not supposed to be on the admin console and no action is required.
- If it is a g/l impacting transaction that has AVATAX as the tax item, and there are no errors listed on the AVATAX tab in Netsuite , the best course of action is to contact Avalara support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-877-780-4848.
