Why didn't my invoice come over from Netsuite?


Invoice did not use the Avatax services

  • The most common cause of this is that the AVATAX tax code was not used (AVATAX-CAN for Canada transactions)
    • Please check the line items to make sure the "Tax Code" field is filled in appropriately.
  • This information pulls in from your item setup. 
    • You will want to make sure that your item also has the tax code applied appropriately.
